Our story begins with a familiar frustration: the endless hunt for the right process document, only to find it's outdated. We knew the challenge of trying to fill in the gaps with institutional knowledge that was never written down. This wasn't just inefficient; it meant a company's most valuable asset - its collective expertise - was being lost. Our team combines a diverse set of backgrounds, ranging from IT consulting, agile project management, AI research and business development. We are united by a passion for solving complex problems and building intuitive solutions. cdot is spearheaded by the founding team, consisting of Malte Scheuvens, leading Strategy, Technology and R&D, and Lisa Katzenschlager, responsible for Product and Requirements Engineering.
